Patient Participation Group

Quote / Testimonial:
Next Meeting: TBC February 2026 at 5:30 – 6:30 pm

We run a Patient Forum that meets three times a year – in February, June and October – to talk about topics that matter to our patients and agree on actions to improve our services.

This group has been very successful, and we truly appreciate the time and input from those who take part.

We are conscious not all patients are able to come to meetings about our services, but would like to know more about our plans for the future and be able to actively give us their opinions about what we are doing; so we formed a ‘Virtual’ Patient Group, in addition to our Patient Forum. For this group, we just take email addresses of interested patients and periodically either send out update information or consult on proposed changes.

If you’d like to join and help shape the future of our practice, please just send an email expressing your interest to bnssg.stockwood.medicalcentre@nhs.net or complete the Patient Group Sign-up Form online.

For a truly representative sample we encourage young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

If you prefer, you can download the sign up form, print it out, complete it and return it to the practice.

We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.

Thank you for supporting us in making our services better fore everyone!
