NHS Confirm your address

During December 2025 until the end of February 2026 NHS England are piloting an NHS App feature which will allow patients to update their address digitally. Patients may be sent a text or letter. Patients will be asked to confirm if they:
- Still live at the registered address we have for them
- have moved to a new address in England
- have left the UK, either permanently or temporarily
These NHSApp messages, emails, SMS, or letters are legitimate. As soon as the patient confirms their home address or that they have moved, their record will be updated.
